Nurse Practitioner and Lead Injector

Kyla Green is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and the Lead Aesthetic Injector at Flawless Aesthetics in Chattanooga, TN. With a background in women’s health and a deep passion for medical aesthetics, Kyla is known for her gentle approach, technical precision, and ability to deliver soft, natural results.

She began her nursing career in 2016 at Erlanger Hospital, where she worked in postpartum care while pursuing her nursing degrees. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University in 2019, she went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University in 2025, becoming a certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C).

Kyla received advanced certifications in laser aesthetics and cosmetic injectables in 2021 and has since devoted her aesthetic career exclusively to Flawless, where she has been a core part of the team since 2022. Patients love her warm demeanor, eye for balance, and commitment to making them feel confident and empowered—never overdone.
