Lindsay Bright is a double board-certified nurse practitioner and one of the nation’s top aesthetic injectors. As the founder and owner of Flawless Aesthetics, Lindsay is passionate about helping clients look and feel their absolute best at any age. Her talent and expertise in injectables, PDO threads, facial balancing, and laser treatments have earned her a reputation for precision, artistry, and results.

Named one of the Top 100 Best Aesthetic Injectors in the Nation for 2023, 2024, 2025,  and 2026, Lindsay’s skill and dedication to the field have made her a recognized leader in the aesthetic industry.

​

Lindsay is also a national injector educator who trains medical providers across the country on advanced aesthetic techniques and injectable product lines. She has completed Revance Therapeutics’ Train-the-Trainer program and regularly provides hands-on education to other providers on products from leading aesthetic companies including Revance, Revanesse,  and MERZ. Through these trainings, she helps injectors deepen their understanding of anatomy, product science, and safe treatment protocols.

In addition to educating fellow providers, she has been invited to speak at international aesthetic conferences, including the 2026 American-Brazilian Aesthetic Meeting (ABAM), where she joined plastic surgeons and dermatologists to discuss the future of non-surgical aesthetics.

Originally from Casper, Wyoming, Lindsay’s journey in healthcare began with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Cleveland State Community College, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner degree from Southern Adventist University. Lindsay’s medical background, combined with her artistic eye and passion for aesthetics, allows her to deliver personalized treatments that enhance natural beauty while maintaining a focus on safety and client satisfaction.

Outside of her professional life, Lindsay is deeply rooted in her community. She and her business, Flawless Aesthetics, have made a significant impact through charitable involvement and local support in Chattanooga. Lindsay’s commitment to both her clients and her community is at the heart of everything she does.

When she’s not perfecting her craft, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband, Wes, and their blended family, which includes three stepsons and a lively 12-year-old daughter who keeps her on her toes.
