At Flawless Aesthetics, continuing education and clinical excellence are the foundation of everything we do. As the founder and lead injector at Flawless Aesthetics, I remain deeply committed to advancing my expertise and bringing the most innovative treatments to our patients here in Chattanooga.

First and foremost, I am incredibly honored to share that I have once again been named one of the Top 100 Aesthetic Injectors in America for 2026.

This marks the second consecutive year I’ve received this recognition (2025 and 2026), an award that is particularly meaningful because it is based on both peer nominations and patient votes. To be recognized alongside such an incredible group of talented providers across the country is truly humbling.

Speaking at the American-Brazilian Aesthetic Meeting (ABAM)-

Another milestone this year was being invited to participate in the 18th Annual American-Brazilian Aesthetic Meeting (ABAM) led by world-renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Renato Saltz.

This international conference brings together plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and aesthetic leaders from around the world to discuss innovations shaping the future of aesthetic medicine.

For the first time in the conference’s history, ABAM introduced a non-surgical track, formally inviting nurse practitioners and advanced practice providers into the conversation.

I was honored to be one of the nurse practitioners invited to speak at the conference, and to serve as the first nurse practitioner to sit on a panel composed entirely of plastic surgeons and dermatologists discussing the future of aesthetics.

Moments like this represent how quickly the aesthetic field is evolving and the growing role that advanced practice providers play in shaping its future.

Advanced Training with Revance Therapeutics-

I was also honored to complete the Revance Therapeutics Train-the-Trainer program, an opportunity that allowed me to further deepen my understanding of the science behind some of the most innovative products in aesthetics today.

Revance is the company behind Daxxify, a longer-lasting neuromodulator, as well as the RHA Collection, a dermal filler line known for its ability to integrate naturally with facial movement.

Aligning with a company that prioritizes clinical research, advanced peptide science, and long-term outcomes reflects exactly how we practice at Flawless Aesthetics. Our patients deserve treatments supported by robust research and data- not marketing hype.

What truly sets Flawless Aesthetics apart is our commitment to continued education- not just for myself, but for our entire team. Recently, our injectors joined me for advanced training with Revance so we can continue bringing the most up-to-date techniques and treatment protocols back to our patients here in Chattanooga.

Continuing to Train and Mentor Fellow Injectors-

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is having the opportunity to train and mentor other injectors across the country.

Recently, I trained nurse practitioner Janet Jarrette, FNP, at Innovations Wellness Med Spa on the full MERZ portfolio, including Xeomin, Radiesse, and Belotero, and also worked with the entire provider team at The Level Wellness on the Revance Aesthetics portfolio.

I regularly travel to practices throughout the Southeast to provide hands-on injector education focused on anatomy, product science, and advanced technique- helping providers build confidence while delivering safer, more effective treatments for their patients.

Teaching is incredibly meaningful to me, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to help elevate standards across the aesthetics industry.

Growing the Flawless Aesthetics Team-

As our practice continues to grow, I’m also excited to share that Kyla Green, FNP-C and Sherre Lawson Dietrich, RN are now officially full-time injectors at Flawless Aesthetics!

Many of our patients already know and love them, and thanks to the incredible demand for their work, they are expanding their schedules and will now be available more days and with greater appointment availability.

This growth allows us to continue delivering the personalized care Flawless is known for while making it easier for patients to schedule with the providers they trust.
