We’ve all seen it—that overly defined jawline that looks more AI filter than real life. But at my med spa practice here in Chattanooga, patients are asking for something different: a jawline that’s refined and balanced, not freakishly obvious or over-injected,

When done with skill and a subtle hand, injectable filler can define the jawline, soften jowls, and create overall harmony in the lower face- without screaming “I had something done.”
Why Consider Jawline Filler?
Whether you’re noticing a little sagging around the jawline or you’ve always felt your profile lacked structure, jawline contouring with filler can make a subtle but powerful difference.
This isn’t about chasing trends or angles that don’t suit your features. It’s about enhancing your bone structure in a way that balances your face and feels true to you.

What type of filler is best for the jawline?
At my med spa here in Chattanooga, we use a variety of safe, FDA-approved fillers to sculpt and define the jawline—each selected based on your unique anatomy and goals.
For most patients, we reach for hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers like JUVÉDERM® Volux or RHA® 4, which are formulated to provide structure and lift while blending beautifully with your natural features.
We may also recommend Radiesse®, a calcium-based filler (not HA) that not only adds immediate contour but also stimulates your body’s own collagen production for longer-lasting results.
Depending on the desired level of definition, most patients require 1–4 syringes, which we’ll tailor to your facial structure during your consultation.

What to expect:
A typical jawline filler appointment at Flawless Aesthetics takes about 45 minutes to one hour. Before we begin, we’ll map out and mark your facial structure to guide precise, balanced placement. We also administer a small amount of lidocaine to the injection sites to ensure you’re comfortable throughout the treatment.
You may experience some mild swelling or tenderness for a few days afterward, but there’s essentially no downtime- most of our patients are back to their routine right away. Results are visible immediately, with the final look settling in over the next 1 to 2 weeks. Depending on the type of filler used and how your body metabolizes it, results typically last 12 to 18 months.
Who’s a Good Candidate?
You might benefit from jawline filler if you:
Have mild jowling or lack of lower-face definition
Want a sharper profile without surgery
Feel like your face lacks balance or structure
Want a confidence boost without looking obviously "done"

Cost of Jawline Filler in Chattanooga:
Most patients can expect to invest between $800–$1,600, depending on how much product is needed and which type of filler is used. We’ll go over all options during your consultation—no surprises, no pressure. And if you’re interested, we also offer financing plans to help you space out the investment comfortably.
At Flawless Aesthetics, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all or overdone.
Jawline filler is often just one part of a facial balancing approach, where we assess the entire structure of your face to make sure everything works in harmony. Thanks to ongoing, advanced training in this area, we’re able to create results that feel subtle, sculpted, and uniquely you.
If you're curious whether jawline filler is right for you, we’d love to guide you.
